The pictures below feature a Whole House Remodeling project we completed for one of your Jamul neighbors. It features replacing the worn, outdated cabinets and opening up a pass-through space to the adjacent living room. The client also requested the marble flooring in the kitchen/family room be replaced with hardwood throughout.
We created an arched entry from the living room leading to the new kitchen with shaker-style cabinets featured in both the kitchen and family room, plus a large pantry with pull out drawers. Also added was an appliance garage for the client’s coffee maker and mixer. Beautiful natural stone quartzite was used for the countertops including the enlarged island, creating the perfect dining/project area. Utilizing this beautiful stone’s functionality, the quartzite was placed as an accent for the backsplash above the range, and also adds flair to the bathroom featured below, bringing a sense of unity to the entire home.
Also in the photos below, you will find another part of our Jamul Remodeling project, but this time for the Bathrooms, as all three were remodeled. In the Master Bathroom we replaced a hard to access spa tub, which was not being used, with a walk-in bathtub. This created a beautiful Aging In Place bathroom complete with a custom shower, built-in bench, and custom cabinetry for storage. You’ll see in the photo the quartzite that we used from the kitchen project as an accent focal point in the shower.
